A clean and relaxed vibe

My friend was thrilled with how comfortable it felt there. "A very relaxed vibe." There were plenty of linens and other amenities, the clerks were generous with in room coffee supplies and breakfast was wonderful. I was surprised she came down for it then when we sat there for a leisurely meal - I asked her later. "The staff made me feel like we were staying with family." My husband and I have been staying at nearby suites for 15 years. A lovely place with similar features. We will come here next visit. He will love the parking.

fair at best, bananas old, hard to understand staff, $101 deposit on what? never saw this b/4. will never stay again because of this or any other hotel. hard to use tv channel list.

Needs more attention to cleaning details. Our fridge smelled horrible like rotten meat. Complained first night when we arrived at 10pm and was told there was nothing to do about it until after 9 am but that never happened. Needless to say we never used the fridge. Luckily we weren’t in the room except to sleep. Staff was kind and breakfast was okay.

The entire property is not what is pictured. Our room was full of gnats. The breakfast options were horrible. Every leftover bread and fruit that is put out is bagged and put back into cupboards. The fruit was rotten because it’s not kept cold. Listen to the reviews if you’re thinking of this cheaper option… it’s horrible.. pay the extra money and go somewhere else

We stayed in the suite because we wanted to try out the bath tub because we both have bad backs. Tub worked fine except hard to get out of because there were NO grab handles. Wife has bad knees. Hard for me to get out of too. We are both age 80. I would post a sign saying don't use if you have had back surgery, or knee surgery.

This is a very old property and needs paint and upgrades. Lobby looks great, the rest ? Tired and old.also the place has a strong smell of food, and a sweet clawing scent.

Loved the stay, had a lot of fun with family and friends. Customer service could have been better and more focused on their job. Overall it was a safe beautiful place. Many walkable areas to go find and explore that are beautiful.

The staff was friendly and professional. It was a little hard to understand the man’s accent but it was fine. I loved the room with the long bed and sofa bed. The only thing I noticed was the paint was chipping outside of the elevator doors on the 2nd floor. Other that that I liked the hotel and would stay again!
