Terrible experience with Expedia. I made my reservation since November 28 and I received my confirmation number and everything look good. When I arrived at the hotel November 30 front desk told me I had my reservation but they didn’t receive the payment so they didn’t allow me to check in until everything resolve. I check my bank account Expedia did charge my bank so it wasn’t my fault. I call costumer service a phone number the lady at front desk gave me that it was supposedly Expedia phone number 8883464573 and they answer me and told me they were Expedia to give them my email so they could send me a confirmation number I did and they send me a code and it say Expedia even the logo and everything they told me that I just needed to pay them 50 Dlls because the hotel rate increase and in order for thepay the hotel I needed to pay them 50 Dlls. I told the guy that I wanted to talk to a manager because I thought it was unfair that they wanted to charge me the 50 Dlls and that I wanted to cancel he told me that I couldn’t cancel because it was not refundable. I thought it was to weird because he was very persistent and decided to hung up. I talk to him like for 35 minutes or more time wasted I was late for my reunion. I call back to another phone number and hope that someone could help me and finally someone answer me that call the hotel and try to help.
