This was our first time staying at Staybridge Suites and it was a great experience (12/25, 12/26 & 12/27).
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the location and also with the very helpful staff; especially Jessica G. She was very friendly, informative, professional and patiently answered all our questions. Jessica made us feel welcomed even when we arrived very late in the day. Thank you to her and one and all! So the power went out during my stay and there was no notification from staff that when it was going to be back up nor was there compensation, and I wasn’t given a damn sponge to clean my dishes when I went up to the desk and said there was no sponge, I was told by staff that I should have asked the janitorial lady when it should have been there from the beginning, I wasn’t given any new clean towels either. I prefer the corona location better.
Terrible experience with Expedia. I made my reservation since November 28 and I received my confirmation number and everything look good. When I arrived at the hotel November 30 front desk told me I had my reservation but they didn’t receive the payment so they didn’t allow me to check in until everything resolve. I check my bank account Expedia did charge my bank so it wasn’t my fault. I call costumer service a phone number the lady at front desk gave me that it was supposedly Expedia phone number 8883464573 and they answer me and told me they were Expedia to give them my email so they could send me a confirmation number I did and they send me a code and it say Expedia even the logo and everything they told me that I just needed to pay them 50 Dlls because the hotel rate increase and in order for thepay the hotel I needed to pay them 50 Dlls. I told the guy that I wanted to talk to a manager because I thought it was unfair that they wanted to charge me the 50 Dlls and that I wanted to cancel he told me that I couldn’t cancel because it was not refundable. I thought it was to weird because he was very persistent and decided to hung up. I talk to him like for 35 minutes or more time wasted I was late for my reunion. I call back to another phone number and hope that someone could help me and finally someone answer me that call the hotel and try to help. Arrived to the property, and the front desk staff was quick to welcome me and very polite. She informed me about breakfast hours, offered two bottles of water, and invited me to contact her should my family or I need anything.
Room is exceptionally clean and spacious. Shower is amazing! Water pressure is spa-like. Feels like a water massage. Kitchenette offers ice, which is a plus when you don't want to go looking for the resident ice machine located somewhere on the floor.
Overall, a very nice stay!
I never got to stay. I was blacklisted from a previous stay without notice. They recieved my funds and have yet to refund them when infact they should have never excepted them with me being blacklisted in the first place.
