The neighbors fought, yelled, screamed. Cried all night long. We had to leave at 2 AM AND DRIVE 4 hiurs to get some rest. The front check out person did not even care.

The front desk is not overly friendly. Their response to guests is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Rooms are very dark, ours had a tiny window. The room was bleak and cold. The corner chair needs an ottoman. Our shower had black hair everywhere. There were dirty linens underneath the sink. The tv cuts out every 15 minutes so you have to switch to a different channel, you can never finish a show. There is no jacuzzi, the pool does not have towels. You have to bring your bath towel. The continental breakfast is as expected. Coffee was cold by 8am. Potatoes hard and uncooked. We will definitely never come back to this hotel.

The shower head and tub faucet needed cleaning. The furnature was dirty and needed cleaning. Not a very desirable situation. Made me uncomfortable.
