Gorgeous place. It’s in a very convenient area. However I suffer from cholinergic urticaria, so I can't get hot or else I break out in hives. The room wasn't the coldest place to be in, even with the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature.

Great except added charge taken from deposit
Everything was great. The only issue was the deposit. I paid $100 at check in. A week later, they adjusted the charge to $25 without explanation. We checked out around 10am. All the dirty towels were in a pile and all the trash was in the bins.

It’s San Bernardino, don’t expect much, it’s average stop by area. Cleanliness with dusting walls and vents could be better. The pictures shown look like they were taken in 2016 and haven’t been renovated since.

Should have been better for such a nice Motel
This look like a gorgeous Hotel but unfortunately it had issues it took 15 minutes for the hot water to come through so I had to wait there to take my shower the hot tub was not working it was cold water the swimming pool was cold no signs saying anything was wrong when we first got there they must have had several different things going on because we had a park way in the back and most importantly the air was not working and maintenance was always at lunch to fix the problem and we never got it fixed the air would come on as cold and then it would go to heat and back and forth it was not a good experience not very happy.
