It was very nice, but a meeting of bikers made it quite noisy at times. And they did not always have respect for other guests -- as one night a gathering of them totally blocked the entrance from parking lot to east tower.

I enjoy my stay I even extend it 2 extra days we ordered room service twice food was good both times they do take over an hour so order accordingly there’s also restaurants in the hotel and around at walk distance only thing I don’t really love is the front desk people it’s like a hit or miss some of them were super friendly and helpful some plain rude and you can tell they don’t like their job haha cleaning people were super friendly and nice parking is also ok I just wish it was free I don’t see why I have to pay extra for parking

Loved the staff and property and rooms. Didnt like the payment options they had. I could not pay with cash until end of stay. Which I was ok with, however, they wanted to hold the whole amount on my card until then. I only had enough on my card for them to hold one day as a deposit like they did a few days before i even arrived. Being out of state and banking with a local bank i couldnt event deposit my money so they could hold the full amount on my card. It was very frustrating and inconvenient.

I booked here because it looked as if the property had been renovated online. This was not accurate. The staff was great at check in, lots of first responders due to the fires and we felt pretty safe. However, there was an issue with other guests and having to call multiple times before security finally got them to stop at 230am. The lobby was dirty and sticky one night and when we checked out the following morning it was worse than when we walked in the previous night. The AC did not get as cold as it said and with 108 temps that was a little uncomfortable but a cold shower did the trick and helped. The bed was comfortable and I slept amazing every other night though! Overall it wasn't terrible but, we would definitely look at another Hilton property before returning.
