The hotel staff was polite, but the hotel fell short in a lot of ways. I was placed by a loud machine that was right outside my window. Not sure if it was a heating or cooling system, but it ran periodically causing a noisy stay. The couch in my room had stains all over. The carpet was run down and dirty. The water from the bathroom sink came out brown and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The elevators were quite scary. Very small and outdated.

Loved this property!! My only complaints is the ac unit doesnt go below 68 in the rooms ... and normally that temp is fine, it was hot and stifling when in room and sleeping. Also light as a part of the backboard for bed doesnt have a switch to turn off. Its very bright when sleeping.

The room is not anything great. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. My daughter’s room smelled like sewer. The restaurant service was the worst and the food is not great. Prices are outrageous and they did not have any propane in the patio fire pits. Huge dissatisfaction.

This is amazing hotel, clean, friendly staff, breakfast for minimum pay, I only paid extra for the parking lot $14. The beds the and pillos are comfortable. I'll definitely come back.

Electric fixture loose and almost exposed in bathroom. Water took a good time to heat up in bath tub and water pressure was very very bad just trickling out of faucet. Took about 30 minutes for it to fill a small portion of tub up. It’s late and I have to wake up early for a procedure in the morning at the nearby hospital. So was disappointed about not getting a hot bath.
