Disappointing for a 4 star resort.
Bed is v large and comfortable but rest of fixtures and fittings are getting tired and floors don't look clean enough. Shower floods. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels. No socket on desk to plug in coffee machine. Grey on grey makes rooms feel souless. Outside, the pool didn't look pristine clean and the white paths at funky angles throughout the grounds were tripping hazards. Badly laid plastic grass everywhere.

Nice relaxed pool area with bar and good lunch. Clean room with everything we needed for a short stay. Friendly reception and bar staff. Walls are very thin and we were disturbed by return of late night party goers

Was very nice place to stay. We found everyone who worked here to be welcoming and polite, they also spoke good level of english. There was always someone at reception if you needed anything and they have night security from 9pm, when you use a side door next to main entrance. Rooms are small bungalows which do have joining doors, we didn't have anyone staying in the joining room until the day we left and not sure we would have liked it as much if they had been in there all week, but i think it also depends on the type of person staying there. i do think they try to scatter people around so you dont have people next to each other. Think that will also depends on how busy it is. room was lovely, very modern and light. The bed was very comfortable, was 2 large singles pushed together which is the usual thing. There was a kettle, expresso machine( they give a couple of pods, so either bring some along or grab from shop when here). There was a tv but we never switched on. Room has aircon and it was perfect. Many ppl mentioned about the shower, about how the water running out. There is a shower matt that will help but best solution is to slightly turn down the power on the shower, we did this and never had a problem. Our room overlooked the pool and it was nice at times when quiet but if you like a bit of privacy or less noise from people by the pool then maybe ask for somewhere else. By the pool it was very quiet with no music. Another area with 2 hottubs and a bar with music

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff are friendly. Great air con. Bathroom modern. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. All day availability for sun loungers, day beds and 2 hot tubs near the pools without any problems. Cocktails very nice and reasonably priced. Good range of music played outdoors around pool areas. Didn't eat breakfast here so couldn't give a rating. Fake grass, so less insect bites! Hotel is around 15 minutes walk to the beach. Eating out is easy locally, in the nearby streets, shopping mall or nearby the beach at reasonable prices. This complex is all at ground floor level and is relatively small compared to the high tower hotels nearby, but is cosy, quiet and intimate if this is what you need. Good hotel for couples or solo break. The negatives - breakfast is a little expensive considering you need to choose individual breakfast plan, continental, full English or American style. For the price a buffet style would be more appealing. Breakfast time is a little later/shorter than usual from 9am - 10.30am being a smaller complex. For those 2 reasons I dined out. Dissapointing no English language TV channels. Download your movies in advance. Reception opening hours 9am - 11pm, which could prove to be a little inconvenient. So if you need to check out early before reception opening time, do it the evening before! Otherwise side door is accessible. Emergency info on the wall outside reception. I would have no problem staying here again. Lovely!

Thank you for an excellent stay. The pool areas were super clean, staff excellent. Constant cleaning and looking after the property. We had a basic room but it was fine. So close to Yumbo and loads of restaurants. We loved it here and would stay again. Very peaceful considering Yumbo was so close (basically across the road) but we wanted to be close so it suited us. 15 Minute walk to the beach - no problem. Hard to find fault.
