The Tru hotel has been my go to for about 4 years now and this one held up to the other ones I stayed at for the most part. The only 2 negatives I can say about this one is it says hang your towels to reuse or leave on floor for new ones and 4 out of the 5 days they took my towels I had hung but the one day I left on the floor they didnt replace those so I had to go get new ones (definitely not a major issue at all) and second is the breakfast wasnt as big or good as the other Tru hotels we've stayed at but definitely big enough and not an issue at all. We will definitely stay again come February for the next time we are there.

I have been on the road since Sunday won’t bore with my personal drama , Wednesday I checked in on line payed on line . I showed up to tru by the Hilton at 6:15ish checked in at the front desk young lady and very pleasant . I go to my room first thing I smell spoke mixed cologne like the person just left . I was so tired I over looked the smoke smell . I get up get ready for the day of driving and what do I see done to my truck shattered window someone or somebody broke in romish through my belongings. get in the truck trying to touch anything to take pictures go back into the office and then I realize wait. I have a hidden compartment. Did they find that when to go look? Luckily they didn’t find a hidden compartment I go back to the front desk a young man at the front was kind polite and said here’s the number to the police station or the cops or whatever call them and they’ll take a report and he said as long as you didn’t have a gun stolen I said no they didn’t get it. They didn’t find it and then he gave me the managers card and name or Assistant, managers, name, he proceeded to say maybe they can you know call corporate and help with the window and I was like OK I’ll give her a call today when I get back into town I get into town. I settled out I unpack I’m thinking about the day and I said let me let me call Bianca Sanchez . She will not return my calls I’m a business owner myself and saying that first word of thumb always communicate with your customer. Linda Setze

I would give 5 stars only if there were a coffee maker and microwave in the room. As a coffeeholic i was struggling to have coffee at midnight and the lobby was without it. And try to warm something and have to go downstairs to do it.. besides that everything was pretty good the room was clean and the breakfast area super complete
