It was clean, well lit, no bugs, the a/c worked, the hot water worked. A little run down, but overall a great value for the price. I would stay again.

No security latch for the door. Broken dresser and furniture falling apart. One knob for the stove. Mold in the bathroom. Light was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. Cockroaches everywhere. The room was dirty.
