We couldn’t sleep well, the beds were very uncomfortable. The room was dirty, no microwave in the room. The bathroom door was very heavy. Pillows were old. Not enough light!

The property is very nice. The breakfast is very limited. Our stay was not very pleasant. Our room 112, was very noisy at night, the AC will make weird noise all night, not regular AC sound. And the ceiling of the tub was very very dirty, it had hairs stuck, and dots of yellow moisture marks. A dirty bathroom is a big thing.

I liked the price for a room with two beds, but it did not have hand soap, people was talking loud on the middle of the night, pool was dirty and the pillows and blankets are to noisy, it sounds like plastic; it was annoying to sleep.

After a long day of attending our family event, we went to the hotel to get some rest. After arriving to the hotel, parking was small, had to park on the opposite side with hopes that my truck wouldn’t get stolen. After arriving to the receptionist, we come to find out that my reserved room with two double beds was given away to someone else. That not only it upset us, it disappointed me and my family. We had to settle for a 1 bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. In the room, no soap, 1 towel for a family of 3, wow felt discriminated.

This is a safe, go-to hotel for any trip. Beds are comfy, everything is clean, this is my 3rd stay. The only problem is the elevators, they take forever. Other than that, price is worth the stay.
