This hotel was so conveniently located to the Riverwalk restaurants and shops but it was so quiet at night. Great staff! Friendly and helpful, they made our stay hassle free. We're going back again.

The "river" view was hideous! The bed, was the absolute worse hotel bed we've ever slept on. Don't let "plaza" fool you into thinking it was a swanky place. Customer service was fantastic, but get a much better mattress!!

The staff were all very nice. The hotel just needs some improvements. Our bathtub faucet did not stop running… not like a drip, but literally running lightly at all times. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. For these reasons, I am not sure I would stay here again.

Staff was lovely and efficient. It appears there have been many amenitites such as noise machine, toiletries, and nice bedding added to make up for thin walls, fans that go on with bathroim lights, horrible tv options, and so many layers of paint to cover the old structures. I dont often leave reviews, positive or negative. This is not a place i would recimmend or stay at again.

This is a nice enough hotel. But the walls are paper thin and if you get a roudier than usual neighbor your night goes down the drain. That happened to me unfortunately. My next door neighbors watched a whole movie past 10 till midnight extremely loud.

Our room was small. Floors are not clean enough our room floor was very sticky. When you are booking they don’t tell you you have to pay extra $45 for ballet parking. The location of hotel is convenient you can walk 10-15 minutes to The Alamo, La Villita, Tawer of Americas, River Walk, Restaurant and entrainment nearby. Good Location ballet staff bring your vehicle quickly.

Good beds, pool heater broken - for how long?
Staff were pleasant and beds were comfy. We asked for a towel change which didn’t happen so we were unable to wash on our second night. I chased with reception, they instructed me to leave old towels outside the room but these were still not changed. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor heated pool. My kids had to swim in freezing water as apparently the pool heater was broken (as was the elevator when we arrived)…..really disappointing. Did we have bad luck timing or has it actually been down a while?

Friendly staff
Had a great stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds were a little firm fornour liking and at times the hallways had an odd smell to them, but we would stay here again.
