Property was not helpful at all. Had a delayed flight and couldn’t make it the first night. I asked if there was anything that could be done. As far as changing check in date or just saving our reservations until we got there. But they refused to help us or Expedia. They even denied our refund. Fine don’t save my reservation, but at least give me a refund since you weren’t accommodating. Horrible customer service.

Great stay
Great location close enough to be conveniently walkable but far enough away from the busy section of the riverwalk to be quiet. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were perfect.

I was surprised there was not a microwave in the room as we ordered food. The fire alarm blaring 4am Wednesday morning was awful, it seemed to go on for 20 minutes, otherwise a great hotel, clean, good beds and quiet. Price affordable too, staff great.
