Awesome budget stay
Great budget friendly stay for family of 3! Friendly desk clerks, valet parking, and easy access to walk to many downtown attractions. Didn’t try the restaurant. But the cafe in the first floor is awesome! Bonus was the game room to keep myself and kiddo busy early in the morning while dad slept in. We will definitely stay here again. A+

While the staff was super nice and friendly unfortunately our air conditioning was not working in our room and the shower had some problems with it as well if I had to stay there more then one night I would have complained sooner.

Would not stay here again. The lobby is decent, but once in the verrry slow elevators, the rest of the property changes. The hotel looks very run down. Rooms aren’t well kept (dirty ceiling tiles, peeling paint, etc. Lots of street noise as well

This property was okay. It was not how the photos presented it. The rooms are old and it shows. No curtains instead stiff shade that drops down. Parking is not as advertised it is $40 valet each night. Deposit is about $100 a night.

This hotel is seriously outdated, and it shows. As soon as you walk in, you’re hit with a strange smell that lingers throughout the building. The bathroom was a mess—mold in the corners, rust everywhere, and just overall dirty (check my pics). Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the night shift receptionist ( dark hair) was somewhat unwelcoming and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. The location is decent since it’s in the downtown area, but the “river view” was honestly a joke. On top of that, they charge $50 a day for parking, which just felt ridiculous. Overall, we were so disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. It’s definitely not worth the price.
