HATED THE SHOWER.
I appreciated the price value for our overnight trip. My only complaint is with the shower. The "knob" to operate and turn on the shower was ridiculously hard to use. we could only get hot or hooter water. I had to call the front desk for help and then again just to get it to turn off. The shower ran for at least 30 mins after we called the front desk. the bathroom steamed up and we nervously had to check the tub that was filling up. Overall this hotel is a good value and a great location.

This location is exceptional, conveniently within walking distance of many of downtown's most notable attractions. The room offered a cozy and inviting atmosphere, allowing for a restful stay. Despite its proximity to the vibrant city life, it remained remarkably peaceful, providing a serene retreat. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with genuine courtesy and kindness.

To preface this, I’ve never written a bad review for a hotel. I’ll start with the bad first and leave the worst for last. The room was dirty and in need of repair. Paint was chipping all over the room and there was water damage on the walls and ceiling as well as mold around the caulking on the bathtub and shower. The vanity light in the bathroom was not secure, droopy, and installed poorly leaving an unsightly hole. Hot water didn’t work well at all and was only lukewarm. Now for the REALLY bad. My room had 2 queen beds, the bed closest to the door had a blood stain on the sheet so I slept in the other bed. The second morning, I woke up to an incredibly loud banging on our ceiling. Maintenance was breaking into a broken/locked safe with a hammer at 8am. I recorded the noise and took it down to the front desk to complain. The front desk called management and management said they weren’t able to do anything since the room was booked through Expedia. The least they could have done was offer a free late checkout to allow me to catch a couple extra hours of sleep. The photos of this place are extremely misleading and definitely don’t reflect reality. Shame on the slumlord that runs this place. I can’t caution perspective stayers enough to avoid this hotel.
