The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The tub was filthy and mold was visible on the ceiling. No breakfast was served. It's been a few years since we've stayed in this hotel, so we were surprised at the unkempt bathrrom and the NO breakfast offering.

Room was dirty. Floor, bed sheets , toilet, tub, were all dirty when we arrived. Very noisy at night outside. Soda machine not working. They ran out of towels.

Close by the convention center. Very helpful staff. Its a tad dated in the rooms but beds were comfy /clean. No sign of bed bugs. Not sure what was going on, but I had ants throughout my entire car from being parked outside. there were no ant piles and no food in my vehicle. Heard this before from a few other guests that were outside when I was out as well.

When I arrived to check in, I was told that the room wasn’t ready. I went back later and somebody already was in “my room” and I say my room because the person in my room signed the documents with my name. Plus my vehicle got towed while I was dealing with the room situation because I didn't have the parking permit. The staff limited to say they had nothing to do with anything that they were to busy

The reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of one is because I ended up not even staying there. I called a week in advance because I wanted to do an early check in and was told that there would be rooms available for early check in but I should call beforehand just in case. I called two days before my reservation, twice the day before, and once a few hours before, and no one responded to my calls any of those times. Once I arrived to the hotel, I got to the front desk and before I was able to say anything, I was told “there’s no early check in” in a slightly rude manner so I cancelled the reservation and went somewhere else instead.

We only dealt with front desk staff and they were great. The room however was rather poor in terms of cleanliness. We think the sheets were washed (hopefully) but were stained. Including red spots which I’m guessing was blood. Overall the room can’t be described as clean. It is a tired looking facility, however, we didn’t expect anything great for the price point. It is what it is, but I would not return.

Good clean room
I was a little worried after reading bad reviews about the cleanliness of the room/bed. We did book the upgraded room for a little more money, but the room/sheets were very comfortable. There were some loud noises outside the room (we were on the first floor) but the hotel cannot be blamed for that. We had a great time and our little 12 lb dog Kasie enjoyed herself too.
Kasie was very comfy in the room.

I checked into this hotel on 10/04/2024 the hotel room was extremely dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned and had very noticeable yellow rings in the bowl. The carpet was not vacuumed, there were tags and crumbs in various locations. The vinyl flooring had not been swept or mopped. The mirrors were all dirty. I immediately went downstairs and canceled my reservation as I didn’t even want to stand in that room let alone trust the bedding had been washed. This is by far the worst condition I have ever seen a hotel room. Luckily I was able to check into a hotel down the road that was amazing. I’m still awaiting my refund.

Spend the extra bucks
We used to always stay here because it was affordable and a great place but now it looks run down! They’ve really let this place go! The cards to get into the building/room kept desactivating so we had to make numerous trips to the front desk, Soo annoying! The ice machines didn’t work. The place was dirty the elevators were HOT! & our toilet in the room didn’t flush !
