This is a good bang for your buck place to stay near the Riverwalk. Room was clean, theres a fridge, theres a desk and extra chair, a/c worked real good, the water pressure in shower was strong, but the volume on the tv being locked at a certain limit was something I would say wasn't enjoyable. The walk takes about 10 minutes to the Riverwalk and there is actually those scooters everywhere that you can rent outside the front of the hotel and would make the trip even faster. We went around the evening time there was still quite a bit of foot traffic and steady car traffic but it was well lit on the way to and from the hotel. I would say the biggest negative experience with the hotel were the front staff being distracted when first checking me in, I had to come back from the top of the parking garage (that you pay for on top of room cost) after unloading all my luggage to having to pack it back up to go back down to get issued a new room key because they made a mistake & The front desk lady when I turned in my key when departing was not friendly when pointing me to a bowl to "throw" my room key in

You have to pay for parking. It says a few minutes from downtown, but I would not walk back to the hotel from downtown after dark. The hotel is in fair condition as far as the rooms are clean the staff is OK, but I don’t think I will stay at this red roof fan again we have stayed at the one in Austin in Dallas and those were great but maybe it’s just time for maybe they’re gonna remodel I don’t know, but that’s my opinion

Walking into the lobby, it had a weird smell, one of those where it made you nauseous. Surprisingly, the room smelled clean, but there were cockroaches in the room and the floor was dirty. I tried to save a few bucks by staying at this hotel. Next time, I’ll pay a little extra for another hotel cause I won’t be returning.

I could not stay here. The place was dirty inside and out. My room was filthy, dead roaches, aunts on my bed, nasty stains on the bedding. Looked like a crack head lived there or from a scene of a movie. I ended up staying in another hotel.
