If you want privacy, independence, and structure, don't bother.
Theres no drawers for storage, no bathroom vent, the fridge held absolutely nothing in it, they have ice machines but no ice buckets for the rooms.
Worst part for me was that there was no microwave in the bedroom as the amenities promised. Instead, there is one, single, disgusting unwashed microwave with really tricky buttons in the lobby. If you want to make anything, be ready to make it everyone's business and to be there a while.
The elevator would get soiled with dog urine that would go uncleaned, and front desk showed no concern upon reporting it.
The pool rules were not enforced, and people would be swimming till midnight.
The doors are extremely hard to shut- many guests had doors open or openable because they dont shut easy, and the bathroom door wouldnt even close at all.
Guests above me were extremely loud and jumping(??) on the floor above us everynight.
Breakfast underwhelming and never refilled.
Housekeeping staff was often hanging out collectively in one room or in the hallway chatting and playing for long periods of time. My room came with bath amenities empty as well.
Multiple instances of people in lobby or around hotel having mental or possibly inebriation induced meltdowns that included loud screaming or sobbing, as well as cussing. One instance even happened right by the front desk, and nothing was done about it.
This hotel is minimalist garbage, and extremely disappointing for a hilton name.
