Beware if using a third party I think they purposely place you in theses rooms on the bottom floor that they should not be renting out The only good thing I can say is they let us check in early but I don’t know if that was a good or bad thing. From the moment we checked in the noise started. The washers and dryers banged around so much it sounded like they were going to come through the wall. We should’ve demanded a room change but we figured since we got to check in early we would tuff it out as it was early and figured the noise would end at check in time. we were wrong. The a/c sounded like a freight train every time it came on . There were screaming kids running up and down the hallways . But the worst was the ice machine and the old struggling elevator. Constant from the time we checked in and throughout the night. we left tired and disappointed with Hilton for branding this place. Have they really lowered their standards that low? To top it off housekeeping staff doesn’t know how to use indoor voices and scream to each other early in the morning over the banging of the washers and dryers. It should be common sense that This room and any rooms near these appliances and infrastructure cannot possibly offer any rest and relaxing to their guests. And the trash dumping and overgrown grass that they try and hide behind the property is appalling and feels third world. The front desk staff was self absorbed and dismissive didn’t even take time to ask about our stay.

My family and I will never stay there again. The guy that checked us in was nice but that was all. There were girls screaming to the top of their lungs in the hallway at 3am! I can’t make this up! Very very very noisy both nights. I even asked if we could change floors due to the noise and was told they were booked. It was awful. I do not recommend at all!

There was a dog barking all night in the room next to us, kids were running freely down the main aisles and going up and down the elevator, room attendant carts would take up so much room in the aisle making it hard to pass down the small hallway.

The room was poor standard. Stains on the sheets. The TV up coming shows had absolutely nothing correct. It said the movie coming up was John Wick, it was the newest Flash. It was weird. The breakfast was a couple muffins and off brand raisin brand. No milk.

My stay at Spark Hotel was quite inconvenient. The room was not clean and was located next to a busy walkway and door entry, making it very noisy. The bathroom was also dirty, which was disappointing. We asked the staff to provide another room, but they said the hotel was full—even though the Hilton app showed two available rooms for check-in on other floors. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Breakfast is not like other hotels. It’s just cereal and bagels or toast. Good stay, very clean and staff was nice. Also they do try and charge a $4 parking fee for each night, Expedia says free parking but it’s really not.
