We had 2 adults and a child staying one night. We only had one bottle of water in our room. The next morning I called down to the front desk to see if they could send another bottle up so I could take my medication. They said they’d see if someone was available to bring some up. No one showed up and after about 40 min I had to go downstairs and get some. We were getting ready for a fundraiser we were attending and it was a bit inconvenient to have to waste time and go downstairs for water. Other than that the staff was friendly and the hotel was wonderful. The beds were soft and comfortable, the ac was great and there was plenty of towels for the 3 of us lady’s.

Truck broken into
within 1 hr. of checking in they broke into my truck, Also broke into my buddy's truck the same night and the next night they broke into another buddy's truck. no security cameras but they do have a crack team Barney Fifes security guard. Absolutely worthless If you are planning to come to San Antonio I would Change it to a none Sanctuary City unless you want to be robbed .Im not going back

Had my truck window shattered and broke into luckily nothing was stolen asked for video footage they do not have video outside also place is outdated and lots of noise will not be staying again

I stayed here for a job training (5 nights). 2 nights in a row "someone" pulled the fire alarm lever, first time at 11:30pm, second time at 1:30am. My room was on the 15th floor, so imagine how fun it was to go down the strairs 2 nights in a row and having to wake up early the next day. Both times the hotel employees said it was a false alarm but they didn't have cameras to check who was responsible. Not recommended if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

While the service of all employees that dealt with us was very good the room service and restaurant food was horrible and the menu is severely lacking. We specifically chose a hotel with a restaurant as we would not be leaving the hotel during our stay but ended up having to eat elsewhere. The bathroom was in serious need of modernizing as it has an old tub with a shower curtain and old fixtures. Not something I expect in a Westin.
