People made my stay better

I’ve stayed numerous time since it’s close to the Majestic Theater and pet friendly. Brian Baker, the valets, housekeeping, and front desk are amazing. My last stay I met Dardjine who checked on me. I fell jay-walking in the street. 3 of the valet staff came to help and another guest who I just met. Avery (valet) got me stuff to help my wounds and continued to check on me. Valet staff have always been good to me and my Simba. Also, this last visit I forgot Simba bowls. Housekeeping brought me bowls and a mat. Margo from the valet called housekeeping when I mentioned it. They are great folks and rooms are clean. I enjoy the location because of the theater and riverwalk, but it’s the staff that has me returning.

The pool area was very good, large towels provided and comfortable lounge chairs. Our room was very comfortable with the ability to be dark or lovely naural light. Across the river <5min, Rita's Test Kitchen had excellent breakfast tacos.
