Staff must have been extremely stressed due to COVID or something else. It seems that poor management may be the culprit. Getting towels was difficult, front desk staff were rude and irritated from check in to check out. I find it hard to believe that the only breakfast option during these times is a bag with a granola bar, room temp canned fruit and juice and a store bought muffin. There was no offer of water bottles or coffee. I have never given a negative review before but this time I had no choice. Also, it would have been nice to receive an email prior to finding out that parking at the hotel is $20 per day. It seems to me that should be free but I may be wrong about that. Overall it was a negative experience.
