When we checked into our room we were told housekeeping was only on the third business day. We stayed in this hotel room from Saturday through Wednesday and not once was our trash taken out or were we brought new towels. Nothing was done. We had to go down to the lobby daily for new towels and when they were given to us they weren’t folded or anything. Just handed over a pile for towels. After sleeping on the bed for two nights the corner of the fitted sheet came off and revealed that we were sleeping on a mattress pad with someone else’s blood on it. I called the lobby and was told we would be put down for full service. Came back to ONE of our two beds being changed out and nothing else was done to the room. The room itself was dirty and outdated. We were also told that we would have a discount applied at check out due to the blood. That didn’t happen either. I would NEVER stay here again.

Hotel was in a good location. Will I stay there again probably not. My only disappointment was when I was going to make my waffle Saturday morning I saw a roach on the counter where I was pouring my batter. However, I didn’t find any in our room which would concern me more.

Clean and above avg cstmr svc. Breakfast about avg - scram eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc. Very busy Sat morning too. Observation: San Antonio being the largest latin community in TX and staying at the LA QUINTA hotel, fresh or HEB salsa at breakfast would be expected not salsa packets. Cholulu packets would be an upgrade too.

Just an ok stay, will probably not book again.
The stay was ok, not quite what I was expecting for my family. The pull out couch was basically just springs. So if you’re expecting to use it, bring some extra cushioning. It’s in a very high traffic area and witnessed drunk people puking and people smoking weed. Additionally although we paid for supervised parking, on our second day the parking lot was overfilled and we had to park behind the hotel, where people were loitering, didn’t feel safe when we got home late. The hotel was clean. The ease of accessing the freeway was ideal.
