Great and convenient to the Convention Center. Breakfast was good and had lots of seating which is a plus. Rooms were quiet. Only mediocre item was the TV channel choices. If you aren't into sports - there weren't a lot of other options.

Service was very good, but place needs to be updated. The windows are old that you can hear everything happening outside, as if it was open. The aircon was loud, no working exhaust in the bathroom, sink drain needs to be unclogged, water pressure was low. We had to ask for shampoo and conditioner, as there was none when we arrived. Breakfast was good.

This is a great location to visit the main downtown area of San Antonio. Very close to the Conference center, The Riverwalk, Mall and the Alamo.

Close to but not ON the Riverwalk, this had the advantage of easy access without the pressing crowds. Friendly staff, room ready when we arrived, facility in good condition, breakfast quite nice. All good!

Overall very dissatisfied with the property and the facilities. Elevators were down and had to wait over 10 minutes just to get on the elevator with 10 other people The shower was clogging and broken along with the sink and the AC did not work along with the room reaking of cigarette smoke and when I called to have the room changed they informed me that they had no open rooms overall very dissatisfying.

Great Hotel
Stay was good . The hotel room was clean , had a microwave and a mini refrigerator. The ac air was nice and cold . Location was great with walking distance to all the attractions on the riverwalk and overnight parking for $32. Breakfast is included and was good

We had a nice stay. The bathroom was less than expected at $300 a night, but it was still nice. Parking was horrible! They charged us $110 for 2 nights and there was no designated hotel guest parking. It was shared with pay to park guest and filledup very fast. Guest were routed to a off site parking area rhat was dark, not secure and had people fighting over spots. For that much money spent on a 2 night stay, I expect to atleast be able to park in guest parking and not compete for parking with non hotel guest.

Great Choice for good value
Great stay. Perfectly positioned hotel - within walking distance or a short drive from most of our visiting points. Hotel is clean and functional. Unsure of all the rooms but ours was very spacious. It was functional with a bathroom that could have an update but also had everything we needed. Great choice for good value.
