I found nail toe clippings in my room AFTER they came and cleaned having wait 3 days when I had requested service. I called front desk Connie answered I told her about the nail clipping. She said she’d call housekeeping. I called back to complain that the bedding were the same sheets from Monday. She sighs and says I suppose you want those changed too? And hangs up. Amelia was the only person trying to fix situations.

Check in was great Connie is awesome! but our hallway was Extremely hott after Visiting another floor if was So cold. The refrigerator took almost 1 1/2 to cool down my drinks we had a used roll of toilet Paper and had to ask for another

I didn't like that we had to pay to park! That should have been included in the price. I wasn't told we had to pay to park until checkout.NEVER had to pay to park anywhere else. That will be a big deciding factor for our next trip!
