Connie at the front desk did a great job providing customer service at La Quinta Inn Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX . She was very helpful. Knowing that I was transferred to this hotel because the La Quinta Inn in Downtown San Antonio was overbooked, she made sure I felt welcomed as a guest. By the way, Joey at the first hotel was amazing in customer service. He was always willing to help and assisted me with calling Expedia. He stayed by my side until I received the proper attention. Joey at the La Quinta Inn Downtown San Antonio, TX is also an outstanding worker! Thanks to both Joey and Connie!

Exact same breakfast everyday no variety. So must waisted single use plastics/paper. Very old bathroom with barely enough water pressure to flush toilet. Don’t refill the coffee or freshen the towels unless you call down.

When we cheched in we found out that we had to pay Property Fee and Parking Fee. It's almost like double the rental fee like it was listed on Expidia. In Texas, most parking is free.

The shower floor was all together with the restroom area floor, everything was together and everything was wet and full of water, it was super nasty, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no one!

Our bathroom had a couple issues like the shower head not working properly, low pressure and the toilet made a noise after flushing. Staff was really polite and courteous especially the front desk lady Connie. She helped us with the reservation. Parking was easy. There is a 32 dollar fee per night. Come and go as you please. Walking distance to the Riverwalk.
