Upon arrival our check in went smooth. Once we stepped into the room there was a stench like just like old or humidity. The only complaint was the sofa bed was indented and very uncomfortable. Other than that it was very convenient. Breakfast was great. The pool was a little dirty and cold. For the price we got what we paid for.

Nice and convenient.

Always a pleasant stay, we use it mostly to stay if we have early doc appointments, as its a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive from our home. Very convenient close to the medical center.

The check in process was very smooth and quick! After checking into the room we realized the floor had a certain damp stickyness to it that made walking around our room uncomfortable. Then later when I went to shower I realized the shower walls had loose tiles and the tub looked dirty. Since I was only staying for one night none of these things truly bothered me but if I had stayed for more than one night I would have gone to the front desk to let them know. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and I am sure they would have been accommodating if I had told them about the issues.
