The lobby and surrounding area looked so beautiful with the Christmas decorations. The staff was totally awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was my AC/heat buttons were not functioning. And no hot water for shower.

The biggest issue was the shower. The hot water took several minutes to begin heating up to be even warm. Then, after a consistent stream of hot water was had, it didn't last very long. It made showering take a bit more time than usual and was overall the biggest con of the hotel stay.

This hotel is a great option because it is close to the Riverwalk, Medical Center, Shopping and Six The lags and Sea World.

Clean but old
The hotel was fine, but old. It was as clean as it could be, but the age is starting to show. Rust marks around vents and drains, tub had been patched, and carpet was old. It smelled really stuffy and the beds need to be replaced. It was ok for what we paid for, but don’t expect much. The staff was nice and helpful.

the 2nd floor of this hotel is a medical lab, it should be used only for the lab not for the customers. I stayed in the 2nd floor and smell like a hospital.
