All around it was not so bad . The only thing that really did not make it a great experience was that the young lady that was working the desk was not helpful at all. I showed up at 5 to get my keys she said she could not locate my reservation. I showed her the statements and confirmation of my hotel. She told me to step to the side because she could not find it. She still processed to help other people with out trying to help me out.. It took a man that was in the back to come help me and find out what happen. He looked in to another system and located the info. I would of been very upsets if he would of never came to the rescue. The young lady just seems like a very sloppy worker.

The receptionist was not very friendly, the room had a muggy smell the carpet had stains and the restroom was dirty the floor had hair everywhere and the coffee pot was filled with dirt had to clean it to make coffee. Need to follow up on housekeeping!

⚠️RENTER BEWARE ⚠️
Two hours before reserving the room i called their reservation line to check and see if you'd hotel's hot tub worked. They told reservations rep "YES" it is FULLY functional. When i got to hotel i went up to room. Key did not work. I am 86% physically disabled, mentally disabled and suffer from brain damage. Walking is painful, but i had to go back down to get key issue corrected. Came back to room. It WAS NOT the room I reserved here in hotel.com!! My legs were in pain. I didn't go back down. I ordered local pizza. After pizza I went down to hot tub. It was lukewarm and NOT fully functional. The ONLY REASON i checked in to THIS 4 star hotel was for the hot tub that i needed for medical purposes. Grounds keeper took me while I was in warm tub it hasn't been working for over three weeks. When i spoke to front desk they treated me like trash & ignored my concerns, but a white man they took great attention to about similar issues for him. I am a Native American. No One listened to my painful discomforts. If you are not white I strongly suggest you DO NOT check in to this hotel. The disrespect & insult management emailed me is not worth ANYONE to go thru. I wish I had someone to stand up for me. I had pictures to show how this hotel is NOT no 3🌟 OR 4🌟hotel, but hotel.com is not allowing me to down load.

there was bugs in our bathroom, the room was dirty, cats were running into the lobby while we were checking in. super loud in the lobby as well. i did not feel comfortable here and the lady at the desk was not very nice to us.
