Good location, right on I-10. Many dining options in the area. Rooms are large, convenient for long stays. The building and room are showing their age, they need some maintenance and upgrading soon.

Trash bins in the main halloway

Well located but terrible service. Room outdated but clean. Unfortunately the common hallway wasnt. There was literally trash bins outside my door over the aisle. Trash smelled as it contained food leftovers. I told receptionist and that night they left them there. Next day they moved it.

We called the hotel to let them know we'd be arriving a little late. It was not until then that we were informed that there was not a room for us and they moved us to an inferior facility which wanted to charge us more for a room that was not equivalent to what we paid for and received confirmation for. This is unacceptable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The property is nice and well-kept. Some of the furnishings were a little dated, but overall, everything was perfect.
