The staff is fantastic! Anthony was at the check in desk and made us feel very welcome. The only negative was our corner street side room was very noisy between 4-6 am with the garbage trucks. We will stay there again but maybe not in that room. The hotel is pet friendly and easy to manage our dog.

This hotel is in an excellent location at the riverwalk and downtown. The included breakfast was excellent, lots of options. Our room was quite clean, the housekeeping staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the mattress was very uncomfortable! It was worn out and so soft it provided zero support after a long day walking around the city.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was below average and had to wait way too long for vehicle. I understand Peek times, but the workers did not hustle and at one point a guy drove a car back and stood behind the stand with two other valet workers and there was a lobby full of people who all waited over 45 minutes.

Vending area was not properly stocked. No soda at all. In addition, I was not sure whether or not I had left a bag in the lobby area at check out. Upon calling the front desk, the staff member (male staff) did not appear to want to be helpful if that was the situation. Luckily, the bag was found. However, I would not have been confident in receiving help if I had not located it. Room was clean and hotel location was convenient.
