Parking is not included like they advertise. You have to pay extra to park and when I paid in advance to park they wouldn’t let me pre pay for breakfast. Prepaid breakfast was $15 but since I didn’t prepay it was $35 each for my wife and I. The jets were not working in the hot tub and there was a bandaid stuck to the filter at the bottom. They were not able to fix it. Then they called me later and told me that the hot tub was working and it was just the jets that didn’t work. Huh?! Also the WiFi would not work on any of our devices. Upon check in the guy told me that he gave me a room with a view. The view was a graffiti covers wall. Everything we got here we could have gotten at a $70 motel.

Worst experience yet

We didn’t end up staying here b/c I had the option to pay when I arrived drove 6 hours had a late arrival b/c went after work and had traffic. Got to the hotel after driving that length of time was ready to unload and make our way to find something to eat. When arriving they had given are room away, didn’t bother to call me I found out after arriving not to mention the circles we made and the time we spent in the parking garage. Very frustrating b/c the app showed I had reservations as a matter fact it still listed in my app along with the other one we ended up staying at.
