Well I want to say the place is great and the location very nice and accessible to River Walk. The only problem I had was contacting the front desk after 10pm. The line just ring, ring and ring and I felt I wasn’t getting enough attention but it could be improved

My first time staying here. Have stayed at different downtown hotels and this one was the easiest to actually park at! Not like others that I won’t mention that you have to park 3 blocks down at a parking garage that doesn’t belong to the hotel!! Great area, especially St. Mary’s Church right across the street. This will be my go to downtown hotel!

For the price, you can’t go wrong. It is in a convenient location - close to the Riverwalk and other historical locations. You are able to see the Alamo from here. Parking is another story. It is “first come first serve” but you still have to pay the $30 extra. I arrived back to the hotel at 10:00pm on a Saturday, with no parking spots left. I was told that there was a parking garage several blocks down but I wasn’t comfortable going alone at night. Also, the room cleanliness was in question. There was beard hair on the sink and the floors did not appear to be swept.
