We purchased two rooms both with FREE breakfast package, but there were NONE buffet style breakfast. On the arrival day, When we asked the front desk staff where will be breakfast area, he pointed to the lobby paid dining area. We ended up paying extra 4 people breakfast extra cost. The rooms we paid were both more than $170 each per night, it’s suite with balcony, but both views looking out , were only roof and many super loud air condition machines. The check in time was 4pm. The staff did let us check-in early. But the overall stay experiences were NO free breakfast as Expedia packages included, and the balcony view were nothing like what the advertised picture shown.

Charged for incidentals I didn’t consume
They charged me $6 for 2 bottles of water that we didn’t consume. I had to call them several days after leaving the hotel to complain in order to get refunded. They should just remove those water bottles from the rooms and just offer 2 free bottles of water to Hilton Honors members at the front desk/convenience center.

The rooms were clean and tge front desk was professional. I booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub did not work. I was truly disappointed and should have checked out. I felt that it was a waste. I'll definitely call ahead next time.

The courtyard area was very nice. We had to downgrade our room because more than an hour after check in our room was still not ready. After a long day of traveling we just needed a room. We are supposed to be getting a refund for the difference I price. I wish we could have had our courtyard balcony room.
