Our room never got cleaned and we were there for 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel did not have a parking lot so they were parking our car down the street, however we still had to pay for parking and it was very expensive.

We were given a handicap room. We didn’t request one. We had only one chair & it was a rolling desk chair? The bed was too low & very uncomfortable. Outside our only window was an old air conditioner with parts laying on the ground. The desk clerk said Hotel.com said I requested the room. We were given a $250 gift card for our anniversary & tried to use it. Our total bill was $225 & we had to forfeit the $25. I can’t believe as much business as we’ve done with Hilton we get treated this way.

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to all of the main attractions you would normally go to San Antonio for. Also, very close to numerous show/concert venues. The property was very clean. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. Valet was accommodating, but definitely overpriced. They lot they park your car in is only gated, and several blocks away from the actual hotel. Hallways were super hot. Poor maid staff. But it was a solid 7/10.

Staff were great, my daughter and I were traveling for a quick visit to see family and were greeted very well by all we encountered at the hotel. The valet staff were courteous and very helpful, and the staff at the desk always made us feel at home. The location was great, central, close to river walk, but without all of the noise. I will recommend this to families traveling with young children, or folks looking for a good place to stay in the heart of the Alamo city. JDR
