Terrible place. Go here if you like to be cheater. Booked for 2 bed, they gave us 1 bed for 3 4 people, 3 pillow. Toilet didn’t work. Bed was wrapped by plastic. Homeless people all around. It was an embracing place.

So I arrived at this hotel because it was very close to family and was last min late got the key to the room got to the room Turned on the lights and roaches was everywhere even on the ceiling the bathroom roaches was coming from the bottom baseboard I wouldn’t even let a homeless person stay in those conditions we returned the key and ask for a refund the staff was good to me that’s the only thing that was good enough…

The pictures did not match what was advertised at all. The beds were decent and clean but the the rest of the room was disgusting. The towels were all old and stained, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. The bathroom overall needed the most cleaning. I will never book here again.

A 2 star motel with room for improvement

Room cleanliness was subpar. At least one bug in room and signs of possibly others. Biggest issue was bathroom, which had a door that could not close. Shower head faulty and had low pressure and leaking. It’s a 2 star hotel so not surprised. Can we better with tweaks.

Highway noise 24/7, bag of pills on stairs and syringes on ground, room smelled like smoke, curtains didn’t close all the way leaving gapping opening that any one could look in on - I don’t think bedding was even changed in one bed and the other bed springs squeaking with any little movement. I can’t believe Expedia even has this property listed. 4 out of 5 star rating on Expedia. Had to move to another hotel. Expedia did help me get a full refund.

Room had multiple roaches living rent free in there. Floor was dirty. The TV from like 2009 was about to fall off of its stand. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Shower was dirty. Only one bedside table. Limited outlets near the bed for charging your electronics at night. The amount of sound coming from outside of the room made it hard to sleep (even with a sound machine that we brought from home).

Rooms smelled of mildew and heavily of marijuana. Smoke alarms ripped out of both rooms we were in. Roaches crawled out of smoke alarm hole during the night. Bathroom in one room was not cleaned, sand in tub, hair and stains in sink and on counter. Two dudes were selling snack chips out of a big rubber tub and openly smoking weed in the parking lot. Overall a dirty and menacing vibe throughout the facility. Not for families.
