A great stay! It’s interesting that Element has 3 floors in the building and AC/Marriott has three. Anyway, they offered great breakfast with lots of options every morning. The walls between rooms are a little thin, so you can definitely hear your neighbors at times. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the location. Steps from the riverwalk and a few blocks to the major attractions like the Alamo. I would definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that about many hotels. 🏨 😁

We had a wonderful stay at the Element Hotel! We stayed in one room as a family, and it was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The space was well-designed and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Element Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly experience. Thank you for making our trip so special!

When we had issues the hotel never answered the phone. I even tried to go through expedia for support. Expedia was great but they couldn’t get them to take a call either. No pool which was on us. We should have looked at that but still. No pool. Texas is extremely hot. We asked staff where to find local amenities and they were unable to help us at all. End of the day i would not stay here again nor would i recommend this hotel. We should have booked the embassy suites instead.
