DID NOT get the reserved room as promised that we’ve prepaid for!!! We booked double queen beds, but got 1 king bed with NO sofa bed or any portable bed. Our 9yrs old son had to sleep on the floor. His back has been aching because of this!

Clean, modern, hotel, with above average breakfast. Good friendly service. Close to the Riverwalk, and everything else. Note: there is some noise from the street, so if this might bother you, you might look for a hotel with better sound insulation. Advice: use the parking at the City Tower. Flat rate of $10 overnight, rather than $45 at the hotel.
