Lovely hotel in a great area. Room is spacious and has everything we need, a little dated in decor/feel but perfectly adequate. Complimentary snacks/drinks in the evening were a welcome surprise. Stay here for five days. It was very excellent. The staff happy hour plenty activities for the kids to do it. Just peaceful relaxing even when you go outside they are night. People just very friendly is most definitely a keeper room big room space nice and clean housekeeping was on hot tub was very relaxing definitely go back to ice was good and soft

Not well kept hotel. Lobby area looks nice. But beyond there was a smell in most areas and are not kept well. It includes breakfast and evening snacks (salad, nacho, Mac n cheese, drinks.). However quality of food was poor. Dinner rolls had a mold. Another guest mentioned same issue with hotdogs a day before. Elevator took upto 15 minutes to come. It felt more like a motel.

Check in individual not friendly, didn’t say where the pools were (had to go back to ask). Stayed 4 nights had room service done once. Didn’t replenish coffee nor cleaned bathroom floor. Room by the walkway to get to tower and ice machine. Very loud until early morning. Breakfast, light dinner, and beverages ok (would have been nice to have some change)Overall nice hotel and convenient to the Riverwalk. Most staff friendly but unfortunately check in person set the tone

My Advice to Future Guests or Those just Thinking about it.. Take time to Enjoy the Beautiful Interior Architecture and Ornate Trim. This Kind of Detail as Well as The Beautiful Mahogany Throughout is So Pleasant to look at.
