It was good until they put the fruit away during breakfast at 8:50 am each morning and didn’t bring any back out. Breakfast doesn’t end till 9:30 per them, so that’s a bit of a stretch to start bringing in food so early! When I mentioned it to a kitchen worker he gave me an attitude and confirmed more wouldn’t not come out.

Last time I stayed here my truck was damaged in valet and no one ever contacted me back about it. I got over it and came again because the place is great! Free breakfast, internet and basically dinner. Hot tubs and heated pool on the roof! Valet is inevitable and $39 a night but they hussle to get the vehicle when asked, it’s a simple text. Water was shut off for two hours with no warning or apology and the front desk stopped answering the phone during the whole thing but whatever. Great place to stay, no one is perfect.

This was the perfect place to stay for the Riverwalk, Alamo and the Cathedral. We ate at the Manager’s Reception with a couple of drinks and a great breakfast so two meals included in the price!!

This hotel is huge and beautiful. Justina was super friendly and helpful at check in. Room was easy to find l. Room is enormous! Hotel opens right up to the riverwalk.
