We had very friendly customer service during our stay. We did have issues with our A/C cooling under 72 degrees. We would turn it down at night and it would never go below 72. We asked the front desk and they had maintenance come look at it but it did the same thing the next night. Other than that our stay was nice and accommodating.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

A gem..
A hotel that not only includes breakfast but also has a parking garage, pool, hot tubs, dinner, and evening beverages for 21+ all included with the price!? I'd gladly stay here again. Everything was clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

When compared to other hotels, in the immediate area, the breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. The people were friendly. It was a clean hotel. Handicapped parking was not sufficient, nor was it strategically located. The "free" internet was from an open access point. If you plan on doing business you must go out and find a secure access point.

We had a fantastic staycation! It was a treat to have buffet breakfast AND dinner to feed my hungry family, with no work on my part. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzis, and workout room several times. Cheerful staff, friendly guests, and all at a great price. We'll be back!
