The elevator service was terrible. Only one elevator was working and it literally took about 30 minutes to be able to come down or go up. Frustrating!!! No one seemed to know what was going on.

Pros: Convenient and secured garage parking, large suite, good value, friendly staff, and free snacks and beverage at 5:30 PM kickback. Cons: Average breakfast with limited choices, dated rooms, and king mattress was too soft and springy (may need to be replaced). In spite of the cons, it is the best choice in the area and I won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very helpful staff and very clean room. My only peeve we were given a card for three complementary alcoholic drinks and it’s turns out they are only good for two hours from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. We had another reservations at that time so we couldn’t use them.

Great value. Great stay
Stayed here one night during a business trip. Awesome stay. Hotel looks great and clean in the lobby. Well updated. Check in was very fast and didn’t take but maybe 2 minutes. Rooms a little dated but spacious and clean and comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Great value!
