Weekend trip

Had a great experience, especially that they offered a reasonable price for an early check in. Will be my go to place for when I have to visit San Antonio.

Check in process was horrible. They threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t pre authorize one night by 3pm on day of check in, even though I booked through Expedia and picked pay at hotel. Hotel looks nothing like pictures. It is old, rundown, and not super clean. It also smells terrible in lobby and hallway. We will never stay at this property again.

Staff was very polite and respectful,area at first seems shady but it wasn’t bad at all only complaint shower tub looks like it needs to be replaced looks very old but overall we enjoyed it close to frost bank that a major plus!

Very good for basic place to sleep and shower. Plenty of outlets. Sitting area and microwave were nice touches. Desk attendant was very pleasant. Traffic noise was not bad considering proximity to the interstate.
