I dont not recommend this hotel to anyone. The eating area wasn't clean... the tables and chairs were dirty. The hot water didnt work in the room and the floors were dirty with hair from the prior rental.

I rented this room for the jetted bathtub when I got in the room the bathroom was soaken wet the bath tub looks like someone came and peed all over the place including the top of the tub! When I called the front desk he came and looked at it and said there was nothing he could do he tried calling his manager, she didn’t answer he tried calling again in the morning no answer. He stated there was no other room he could put us in and the house keepers left so I had to clean up the place myself not the mention the mirror for the closet was falling off the hinges you couldn’t even open it without the whole thing moving… it was just terrible!!! The parking lot was full of trash I don’t recommend this place at all!!

The room I stayed in either had bed bugs or no see-ums. I have over a dozen bites. I pretty sure it was the latter of the two since I killed several mosquitoes and other flying gnats. In my room. They need to check all air filtration units and use pesticides as needed.

we have always stayed in this location due to everything being nearby and the inexpensive pricing and the rooms being big and clean but this time was just unacceptable due to inconvenience after inconvenience. first, we get there at 11:40pm extremely tired and we get to our room and we find a "big slurp" cup on our dresser and the room reeked of pee. We called the person in charge and he "upgraded" us to a double bed room because it was the only room available. but worse part was the next day being woken up due to them "needing to change the lamp in the room". after telling them if they can come later because we are still asleep, they said "well we are already here might as well do it". and then we wanted to put food in the fridge and come to find out there was already food in the fridge from the stay before. Go figure how long its been there. Once we checked out, we explained to the person in charge of all these problems and all he said was "oh, probably the cleaning ladies take their lunch there and forget to clean up after themselves". take responsibility. terrible service and will never stay here again.
