I didn't even stay at the property. Upon arriving it smelled horribly of weed in the concierge. There was a club next door super noisy and people were walking through yelling obscenities. I told the manager and he just shrugged. There was no valet or bellmen. So i left. Some idiot almost hit my car trying to cut through the parking lot headed for the club. Worst part is management wouldnt refund my money after i complained. Worst property ever.

Watch out for hidden costs and penalties! The scrambled eggs served for breakfast are watery at the bottom making it soggy. One elevator has been out order for quite a while, so there’s only one functioning elevator.

The front desk staff were all very accommodating and professional. However I had a four night stay with them there was no hot water in the room the TV didn’t work the bathroom tile was broken not enough towels one of my room keys never worked and the room itself was not deeply cleaned. Breakfast was great and so was the staff over all this is a two star hotel and I will never stay again.

Amazing service the lady at the front ( younger,slim, curly hair) was super nice and welcoming. On the other hand, wall paper pealing off the walls, lights bulbs weren't fully working, very old tv and furniture. Very dusty, no room service at all on a 3 day stay. Location by a bar, so music super loud on one side of the building. You have to pay for parking $16.00 per night. Mirrors were also dirty and while I was eating downstairs in the kitchen, the cleaning lady decided to start vacuuming right by me. I know it's a 3 star hotel but room service was advertised and we did not get it.

Nice hotel but could use better soundproofing

The room was spacious and had all the amenities, but it was far from soundproof. Being near a highway there is near constant traffic noise. We were awakened at time by loud music and babies crying. The sink faucet wasn’t affixed but other than that it was maintained ok.

Don’t think it is close to the river walk and the Alamo - if you don’t know your way around it is a long way. Lots of maintenance and cleaning needed in and around the property.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. Was on the 5th floor and had to take the stairs. Very unhappy about that.
