I like that fact that when you walked into the hotel, it smells fresh from bleach in the air, as there was a lady mopping the floor but when you go to the second floor using the one elevator it smells old and moldy. I also like the lemon water that was available to drink. I didn’t like the fact that , whenever I left my room and tried to get back in my key card didn’t work so I had to inconveniently go back down stairs to have it reset. There was a roach in my room, my refrigerator was leaking water and the hot tub was not appealing, so I didn’t use it. Breakfast was okay and the couple who cleaned the rooms were very nice. I wouldn’t personally stay in this hotel again if I had to choose. Overall just an Ok stay for JBSA graduation.

There was a miscommunication between the maintenance manager Hector and the people at the lobby , because we had ask for an extra hour for the check out the next morning , and he was very rude with my son and kicked them out of their room , but I didn’t let him do the same with us , because I had talked to the guys at the lobby and they said that it was ok, it was a really bad expirience.

Overalls was good. The room was clean but the sheet had several stains. The indoor pool was great and breakfast was ok. Location is convenient.

Horrible room. Bad odor. Low maintenance . No room service. Poor restroom quality. But the worst was the breakfast part. Juice machine not working, very few breakfast items which were out of stock at 8 am. Hotel staff not cooperative.

property seems family owned, family & employees were very kind. There are some of homeless wandering the property and/close by. Very run down, older, hotel. It wouldn’t have been so bad except the smell in the rooms VERY dingy. Breakfast not so good, coffee wasn’t available day 2, MAJOR bummer. We almost cancelled day 2 but my card was already charged. Pool & hot tub very cloudy water. Something gotta be done about smell in rooms.

First Solo Trip Ever and it was great!
I enjoyed my stay pretty well! I was only there for one night, but staff was friendly, check in was quick, and the breakfast had a nice spread! The place is older (scraped surfaces, worn elevator door, etc.), but they keep it clean! It was a nice solo stay.
