Fire Alarm at 2am daily!!
Raj the owner is not a man of his word!! He clearly only cares about making money and not his guests...so beware if you have any issues here they will not be addressed!!!
I was at this hotel for a 3-night stay, and during the first two nights the fire alarm was going off in my room between 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., and again between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. It would also go off during random times throughout the day. Imagine getting woke up to that daily. The hotel was completely booked so they cannot move me to another room until Sunday around 2pm... which was my last night there.
I spoke to the owner Raj and I told him I would want one night comped, which I believe is more than fair... He told me to write down my information and that he would contact me in the morning.... which you guessed it---DIDNT HAPPEN! I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he would actually contact me and do the right thing... But I know that he wouldn't because why not take care of it right then and there while I'm here in front of you...IF you were going to do the right thing? You are the owner and the decision is yours!!
I called to follow up this afternoon and was of course given the run around that he's not available and when asked when he would be available....the answer is....we never know.... typical. You have trained your staff well!!!!
Based on my treatment from staff and owner I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise you to go where you are treated like a guest-not $
