Loved how close everything was. Less than 10 minute stroll to the Rivercenter and Riverwalk, very convenient for last minute stops. Lots of great art and great sights in the area. Truly a hidden gem.

Beautiful Hotel

Very clean and spacious rooms. Cafe and Bar downstairs along with a gym upstairs. The only issue personally, it was a bit loud due to traffic off commerce road.

Dirty hotel.

Unfortunately as I guest I had to buy items to clean the restroom. It’s very uncomfortable to pay $700 for 3days and for the restroom not to be clean the first day you arrive to the room. Will not be going back.

Stayed here as it was the closest to the train station and I was getting off a late train, about 11PM. One of the most easiest, nicest, cleanest and prettiest hotels to ever check in to, especially that late at night. Staff was accommodating, super sweet, and the facilities are gorgeous.

Disappointing Stay at the Aiden

While the hotel was conveniently located by the Alamodome & Riverwalk, the service was very poor. We stayed at the Aiden 2-weekends in a row for 5-nights total, & our room was serviced one time—and that was due to my requesting the room be serviced. When I requested service, they asked me if my “do not disturb” sign was on the door. Coincidentally, there was not a “do not disturb” sign located in the room.
