Surprisingly this property was nice, driving to it you wouldn’t think it’s a safe area it’s very isolated; overall it was nice, breakfast was nice and fresh, the breakfast attendant was very attentive and kept everything clean and tidy. The room was nice however I found dirty towels on the shower curtains from previous guest. I will be back. Not to far from lackland Air Force base.

Perfect place for BMT graduation. There is a gate within 5 minutes that is directly near the graduation events. The staff is very knowledgeable regarding base and most are very helpful and friendly. Our bathroom wasn’t the walk in that is listed, it was a bit dated.

Overall experience was good. Close to the interstate and base as we were visiting for a graduation. Made it to town sooner than expected and was able to check into our room early for an extra $30 we were really tired from driving all night so this was very helpful for us and our kids. Beds were comfy, the air worked great, bathroom was clean, the fridge and microwave were clean, lobby was nice.The only thing that we complained about was our room didn't have the bedding for the pull out couch, front desk was helpful in getting us that. The breakfast was ok, the potatoe casserole wasn't cooked all the way when served. And the last issue was that someone had left a dirty diaper residue all over the floor in the pool area and there was poop in the water. If staff could check the pool area more frequently to prevent this issue from happening again. We were unable to swim due to this and were really disappointed. Would stay here again.

Airforce Graduation

Very clean hotel and great employees. The building structure is much older than the picture looks. The showers need regrouting. If you are there for a military graduation, they have good info and accommodate early breakfast hours on graduation days. Very nice!

We will Definitely stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised the lobby was much nicer than the last time we stayed in a Best Western (many years ago). The breakfast was decent, and they had a very nice server to dish up our plates. There was also a specialty coffee machine with various flavors which was very welcome. This hotel caters to families coming in for BMT graduation services at Lackland AF Base so they did a couple of really helpful things: They gave us a print out of the grad events with a map to get to the Base from the hotel. On the two graduation event days they start serving breakfast an hour earlier than normal at 5:30 instead of 6:30 because most families start heading out to the Base at 6:00. The first evening we arrived we went down to the bar for a nightcap and the bartender put Top Gun on the bar t.v. for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. Our room was very nice and clean. We didn't find a speck of dirt or dust and the sheets were clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels for two people and we were able to get fresh ones when we asked. Only two minor suggestions for improvement: change the buttons on the lamps from those pointy cylinder style buttons, which are hard to push and hurt our fingertips. Find the tv remote in the lobby sitting area! On New Year's Day there were 4 tv's on while we were waiting for family to meet us and my husband wanted to change one of them to the UT game but the desk clerk said she didn't know where the remote was and she didn't look for it.
