The stay was good. The breakfast was free and there were decent options. The staff is nice. The breakfast though does not have vegetarian options, it's only fruits and cerials.

Room was good. AC worked great. only complaint is the bathroom smells like a sewer. it’s unclear where exactly the smell is coming from, but it was very strong.

check in was an absolute nightmare... hotels.com and this property do not have clear communication and neither party will budge to help the customer. I made a reservation and had to change the date. I had to pay double because of the property's rules so i paid fully again! Upon check in the property could not find the new date reservation and neither party was able to clear up the problem. Again, this was a nightmare.
