In the middle of the night something has bitten me and it was bed bugs. I checked the bed and found bed bugs. I informed them and they immediately changed me to another room but, that’s terrible finding bed bugs in the bed.

Won’t stay again.

The very first time we walked into our room a roach scurried into the bathroom. This happened again the second evening we got back to the room. The hall and stairs did not get vacuumed once the four days we were there. It needed it. Our room keys had multiple issues of not working. The staff was very friendly. The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was good.

Excellent service

They were very accommodating with our school function and even let the kids check in early to get ready for the event. The breakfast was fresh and had several choices. The only negative was the bed was too firm for my liking and the elevator was very slow.

Beware Of I-35

Heads ups! When you book a room at this motel make sure you ask if the room is facing I-35? If it is then get ready for vibration and the sounds of highway noise ALL NIGHT LONG! Similar to having the Indi Race way outside your room! I ask if we could change rooms, and we were accommodated. However, if the motel was fully booked it would have been a very long and sleepless night.
