This was a newer hotel very clean. My only complaints were we were on the top floor but sounded like ppl above us early morning! Air conditioning was so annoying- when it shut off you got hot. I felt like I was awake so many times in the night when it shut off.

Bed is too soft.
The bed was way too soft. So soft that it was not very comfortable. I have stayed here before and it was great. This time it was disappointing.

The hotel and room were great. Big disappointment to check in and find out the hot tub is not working. Then the pool had purple film or chemical on a lot of the rock/floor/walls and the water was cloudy. I personally did not swim due to it. The breakfast was okay, but would be nice to have more to choose from and better drinks. Juices tasted like water. Overall I would still stay here again because I'm a clean freak and all but the pool was spotless and updated.

I rarely write reviews but I just have to say what a nice stay I had. First, it is so quiet. I was on the firstfloor, facing the front parking lot and a busy street, and I never heard a sound. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was extremely kind, cheerful and helpful, and they kept the breakfast stocked with fresh, hot food, and coffee! The hotel, overall, was clean and well managed. If I ever need to stay in San Angelo overnight again, I will not hesitate to stay here. It's not a high dollar, fancy hotel (I'm not even sure San Angelo has one of those), but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything anyone would need. HIGHLY recommend!
