My toom was located on the 1st floor. The window of my room faced the wash room which make it very noisy, therefore making it very difficult to get some rest. Somel staff members kept slamming a door which faced my window throught the night and talked very early in the morning. I had to call the front desk at 6:30 am to get them to stop slamming the door. As for the staff talking by my window, well that continued throught my stake making it very difficult to rest. Other than this everything else was good.

Like the location, didn’t like that the hotel room key shut everything off when you leave the room it’s 100 degrees outside and you return to a hot room.

I don’t know why this property hasn’t had recent ratings , I stayed here and I must say wa a the best decision for me . The room was clean and the food was excellent , very fresh with so many healthy options .

It was OK. I didn’t like the fact that they were messaging me that I needed to come as soon as possible so they can keep my room. I had put my credit card there so they had it so they knew we were coming we were just roaming around the city so we had to stop and come back and see what was going on. Not sure what their deal was.

Great location for tourists

The hotel has a great location in City Centre of San Andrés. Great location to move around all the tourist attractions nearby and come back to a good clean hotel. Walking distance you have bars and restaurants.

Super Hotel when visiting San Andres Tuxtla Mexico

This was a fabulous hotel with great service and friendly staff. Near all the local markets for great shopping. They do not speak English very much but we had alot of fun communicating with each other. They helped so much with everything we needed or wanted! Couldn't have asked for a nicer place!

Mi puerta no cerraba y no me cambiaron. Simplemente dijeron que ya no estaba la persona que componía y que ahí mañana se veía: así es que tuvimos que poner maletas y cosas para bloquear la puerta porque no cerraba.

Mala experiencia

No respetaron la reservación que amparada 4 desayunos incluidos me dijeron que no era así que la aplicación estaba mal y que no era válido todavía me dicen el hotel es independiente al restaurante cuando checaron mi habitación y me dicen que si hay desayunos incluidos pero la mía no cuando les mostré mi reserva que decía que si aún así no lo hicieron válido solo me dieron 2 desayunos de cortesía y de mala gana esto es inaceptable y lo peor con malos modos no lo recomiendo
