I have traveled quite a bit in my life but never to do an all inclusive. That said I have been to a lot of high end hotels and for the cost/value was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the caring staff to the stunning beach to the fine food and drink to the amenities/classes you will not be disappointed. Four nights is plenty but could easily enjoy this place for a week.Truly fantastic. The only challenge (not hotel issue) is that for us coming from NYC we have drive 2.5 hours across DR (flew into Santo Domingo) but certain cities do fly direct to Samana. Go here its FABULOUS!

This is an incredible resort. The service is unmatched. Ms. Emmanuella in particular was extremely helpful, kind and made our experience better than we could have imagined. Highly recommend this resort for couples, singles, families - Cayo Levantado has something special for everyone!! Thank you to all the staff for making my boyfriend’s birthday extra special. This was an unforgettable experience!!

The resort was a delight. Beautiful setting, efficient and agreeable staff. We only wish to make a reservation regarding the personal assistant upon arrival who did not explain certain things as she should have. The restaurant reservation system was a bit hectic but in the end another assistant sorted it out and made our evening. We will be back.

Our honeymoon at Cayo Levantado felt like a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the beauty and care we experienced. The exceptional service, stunning views, and attention to every detail made this an unforgettable trip. I feel compelled to share this review across platforms because this resort truly deserves recognition. My sincerest thanks to the incredible staff for making this holiday unforgettable. The level of attention we received far exceeded expectations—there were so many staff members that it felt like a 3-to-1 ratio with guests! Special thanks to Yojandi and Karmen at the coffee shop for their smiles and lovely chats, Prenda Lis, Ivan, and Mauricio for their fantastic drinks, Emma for her warm hospitality, and Ivan at the towel station for his excellent beach service. Despite heavy rain throughout our stay, we had an amazing time—a testament to the hotel and its staff. Set on the beautiful Cayo Levantado, the resort blends traditional charm with sustainable, modern touches. The lush gardens, immaculate rooms, and comfortable furnishings reflect exceptional attention to detail—the best I’ve experienced in the Caribbean. The spacious rooms were pristine, with thoughtful touches like nightly turndown gifts. Dining was exceptional, rivaling fine restaurants in Europe. The beach was stunning, the loungers comfortable, and the wellness activities outstanding. Outdoor yoga in the serene Yubarta area was a highlight, thanks to Carla and her team. Suggestions: Add more Dominican music at the beach to enhance the Caribbean vibe. Overall, this was the best hotel stay ever, and I can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!
