I loved it.

I absolutely loved the place. Please read and choose if that sounds right for you, because it is special. 1. Late arrival is served with easily accessible keys, and a lot of sms, so you can’t miss it, even if you want. No people to talk to (no offence)- you just enter like you enter your home. Silence and privacy. 2. Rooms aren’t big, but obviously planned by someone who thought about it. Comfy, I’ve got everything I need at my arm length. Puffy towels, coffee machine, wine glasses, heater. 2.1 god bless the person who covered all lights, including TV, with curtains 2.2 wending machine supplies wine, snacks. Overpriced? Perhaps. But it is here. You can literally go there in your pj. 2.3 working shower with proper water pressure. Yes, it’s small, but for those who have long hair: you will wash it nicely. 2.4 carpets made of zinovka: zero dust. Hello to those who has allergy to dust, like me. Perfect. 2.5 matraz : not soft, not hard. Comfy. Decent quality of pillows (theirs is choice: big and small), decent quality of bedsheets ( good thick cotton, comfy blanket. 2.6 it smells good! 2.7 good quality shampoo and shower gel It is quiet. Windows are opening, it’s warm or fresh as per your choice.

Great location and the staff was amazing. The water temperature on the showers would oscillate drastically with no change in input of the temperature control. This was actually quite dangerous as sometimes the water would become scalding hot.

This is an exceptional small hotel, just across the river from the old town. Great value! You can easily access the train station or anywhere else in Salzburg. The staff is tremendous!! Tons of places to eat or shop at within very short walking distances.

The Leonardo Hotel is perfectly located in the newer area of Salzburg with lots of dining and shopping options. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us several great dining recommendations including Casa Napoli, a fantastic Italian restaurant just around the corner. Leonardo's rooms are European small, but functional. The buffet style breakfast was fresh and abundant.

The Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Salzburg was perfect. The location is amazing, it’s so close to the city center. It is within walking distance to many of the sights in Salzburg. We were able to store our luggage which allowed us to explore the city without any baggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel when visiting the lovely city of Salzburg!

We were welcomed by wonderful and friendly staff, and a free glass of Prosecco! We had many questions for the staff, including 2 requests for ice for our room. We were met each time with very helpful and kind staff, which was very much appreciate! The facility is very clean and modern- we loved our room and the bathroom was awesome. We were given a free bottle of sparkling water for the room, and in-room coffee/tea options. The breakfast selection was vast and very good! There are a lot of steps, but installation of the elevator makes it extremely accessible. Being from America, understanding how to actually get my car to the front of the building with using a code to lower road blocks at the entrance of the street was new and a learning curve. We did walk our luggage to the hotel initially, but friendly staff helped us through how to use codes to access the tiny streets when we left. The location was good, very busy as it is close to shopping and restaurants. I appreciated being in this area as opposed to the other side of the river. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
