The hotel was in an ideal location to explore Salzburg. My only gripe was that when I booked the holiday I chose a room that included breakfast but on arrival I was informed that I had to pay extra for breakfast. In spite of this I would say this turned out to be a great holiday.

Very efficient and friendly check in and able to check in slightly early. Room was large with very clean and bright bathroom. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again and stay next year.

We had a nice room, very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is superb. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants so we ate somewhere different every evening. It’s just a short walk from all the main sights. Despite getting drenched by Storm Boris most days, we had a great time.

We stayed 6 nights at Leonardo Botique Hotel Salzburg. We happened to be on the first floor and above the entrance to the property and directly above restaurant. We initially thought it would be quite noisy and would need to move but was acceptable. Might not be for others. The property is fantastic the staff were very helpful. Location for meandering old town and grabbing transit to other points fantastic. Only thing that was off was the wifi bandwidth. Many evenings we could do very little. I had to hot spot off my phone to stream an important session. Otherwise we would have given this property 5 stars across.

Perfectly situated in the Altstadt, this lovely boutique hotel was just right for shopping, walking up the Kapuzinerberg, and seeing all the sights in town. My room was spotlessly clean and well organized, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great location for sights and onward travel.
We had a great stay at leonardo boutique hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. We had help with directions to the bus for St Gilgen. The only downside was there were no tea making facilities in our room. When I asked for a kettle the receptionist said there wasn’t one but they would see what she could do. They never came back to us.
