We were told the parking garage at the hotel was full, had to use a parking garage down the street. The bathroom was set up so our toilet was in a very tight space facing a wall so the first time i went to sit on the toilet I bumped my forehead on the wall in front of me. literally just enough space for your legs between the toilet and the wall.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel perfectly combines modern elegance with a touch of Salzburg's rich history, offering a luxurious and relaxing ambiance throughout. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views of the city and surrounding mountains were simply breathtaking. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of the NH Collection Salzburg was the breakfast. The spread was diverse and of exceptional quality, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any dietary preferences and made sure every guest felt well taken care of. The location is another major plus. Situated right in the heart of Salzburg, the hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions, including the historic Old Town and Mirabell Gardens. Whether you’re there for business or leisure, the convenience cannot be overstated. Overall, the NH Collection Salzburg exceeded all of my expectations. The combination of luxury, exceptional service, and prime location made my stay unforgettable. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg

At best this hotel is a 3 star. Dark, and felt dirty. Beds were not comfortable at all and the pillow was the size of an airplane pillow. On the second day we didn't even have wash cloths. Service at the front desk was good but other than that not much to say good.about.
