Great stay , we opted for comfort room, very large , nice shower and hot water with pressure. Lots of storage and closet space . Staff at check in very friendly, had small issue but was resolved quickly. 10-15 min walk to old town .

Comfortable stay in a great location location
Great location, just a few minutes from Mirabell palace and gardens. A fairly easy walk (8 minutes) from main train station. Not in Old Town, but about 10-15 minute walk. Restaurant is excellent and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were well appointed and plenty of storage space. Staff was warm and helpful.

Best staff at any hotel we stayed at during our 3 week European trip. Zoe was extra fantastic, she helped us basically plan our 3 days there with lots of tourist and off the beaten track ideas and we didn’t even ask her to do it. Also loved the chocolate and fresh apples at the receptions. But all staff was great. From housekeeping to restaurant staff as well

Good location for access to old town Fussen. Loved the free parking too! It’s on a busy street so we found room with windows open was noisy. Biggest complaint was small small bathroom with dysfunctional shower. You had to step up to a high tub and then the hand held shower head was on long wall making it difficult to shower with water going all over bathroom. Would not stay here again.
