This hotel is very conveniently located near the Railway station and the main sightseeing area. What impressed me is the hotel staff, they were not just kind and caring but also very good with genuine support. When I had a problem with going to Vienna due to heavy rain, I shared my concern with the front desk staff (Johanne?), and he was very kindly sharing his advice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Our visit to Salzburg was absolutely perfect!!! This hotel location was perfect. Close to old Town, close to the stop busses for tours, close to cafeterias and restaurants. The personnel very kind, friendly! Rooms very clean, I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay a few days in Salzburg.

Great property for visiting Salzburg. Convenient parking and walkable area with several great dining options around, including the on-site restaurant which serves an excellent breakfast. Rooms are a little small but set up well and the prices are reasonable. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to others.

Hotel is not bad in location, but small beds , Clean enough, only problem is when you check out the will charge €170 extra … than you have signed, with a reason that there is a city tax, 20€ on the top of it for one night car parking

The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was a good value. I recommend staying on the ground floor if you have American standards (ha) for air conditioning in the summer.

Comfortable, well appointed, conveniently located
It isn’t as flashily contemporary as it’s adjacent sister Imlauer Pitter, but this hotel is comfortably appointed, easily accessible to the train station, public transportation and many of Salzburg’s famous attractions. The chestnut shaded beer garden is a pleasant spot for afternoons or evenings. Breakfast selections were extensive, the desk staff, friendly and efficient. The decor may seem a little old fashioned in some respects, but also feels like good value for money. This hotel is one I’d book again when in Salzburg.
