There were cockroaches in the bathroom! Many of them. The linens towels and the furniture must have been replaced and renovated decades ago.

I’d not recommend this place at all: it felt unsafe as door didn’t close from inside, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to store the belongings, the mini bar was so outdated and rusty and the room has no ventilation either any window at all. As a female solo traveler I felt so unsafe that I left the hotel as soon as I’ve checked in and booked another place for my 7 nights stay which is such a shame as I’ve double paid for this week accommodation in Salvador. As the hotel reception was packed I’ve left the hotel and went back the following day to check out only. When I checked out 6 nights before my original check out day the receptionist didn’t ask me why I was checking out much earlier than I booked for either asked me if everything was ok. I’m glad I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes at this hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, it was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, the food was inedible and it was uncomfortable. I'm sorry to say the hotel is a blatant disgrace.

Péssimo
Minha estadia foi péssima. Cama desconfortável, roupa de cama suja de sangue, fedida. Deixaram apenas uma toalha no quarto, quando fui pedir outra, porque estávamos em duas pessoas, eles disseram que havia acabado as toalhas do hotel. Conclusão, usamos duas pessoas 1 toalha em 2 dias. Além de a toalha estava encardida. O café da manhã bem ruim, o salão onde é servido era muito sujo. Cheio de comida pelo chão. Os funcionários do hotel extremamente mal educados.

Atendimento muito ruim. Eu só entrei no quarto de pois das 16h, quando liberaram. Tem que solicitar toalha pois esquecem de trocar, não tem toalha de rosto. Café de baixa qualidade. Na saída quase me expulsaram do quarto.

No início estranhei por não ter pano de chão no banheiro, foi reposto posteriormente. Não havia toalhas, fui pegá-las na recepção. Uma das janelas do apto. estava com o trinco quebrado. Senti falta de funcionamento de restaurante "full time" ou pelo menos até 23:00 h

Minha estadia no hotel foi uma decepção total. Não havia água quente e o banheiro estava com um cheiro horrível. Além disso, não havia toalhas disponíveis porque houve um atraso na lavanderia. O quarto tinha um forte cheiro de mofo e o ar-condicionado mal funcionava, não conseguia gelar o ambiente adequadamente, café da manhã de pessima qualidade . Reclamei, mas os problemas não foram resolvidos. Péssima experiência.

A administração precisa melhorar muito
Não tinha toalhas quando cheguei, continuou sem toalha de rosto e tapete, operários trabalhando e falando alto na janela, internet amanheceu fora do ar no dia 10 e só foi restaurada à noite, quando solicitados alguns recepcionistas informam o mínimo possível ou às vezes nada, dizem não sei (mas não procuram saber), falta uma torneira com água para tirar a areia dos pés...
