Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

Uma Aventura no "Hotel do Caos" em Salvador 🏨
Se você busca uma experiência de calamidade em hospedagem, este é o lugar. O atendimento parece ser regido por um clima de mau humor constante entre os funcionários. A manutenção está em férias há anos. O elevador, extremamente lento e frequentemente fora de serviço, provoca filas intermináveis. Prepare-se para enfrentar escadas em péssimo estado e sem sinalização adequada. Se estiver nos andares altos, será um verdadeiro treino! O piso do quarto parece ter sido instalado sobre areia, gerando a estranha sensação de que seríamos sugados para outra dimensão. Para piorar, parte do forro de gesso desabou na entrada após a chuva, atingindo uma moto estacionada. Espero que tenham reembolsado a proprietária pelos danos. O ar-condicionado exige paciência, já que é preciso apertar botões até o aparelho funcionar. A temperatura varia entre um calor insuportável e um frio extremo; no meu caso, acabou quebrando, me deixando sem opção. Ao menos trocaram-me de quarto. Dormir aqui é um ato de resistência, com barulhos constantes e sem blackout nas janelas, que deixam a luz entrar cedo. O café da manhã é uma batalha pela última porção de ovos; as filas são longas. Os funcionários da piscina servem com olhares que derretem a Antártida e os pedidos desaparecem misteriosamente. A localização é boa, mas o custo-benefício é desastroso. Recomendo apenas se você gosta de caos e adrenalina. Boa sorte a quem decidir se aventurar aqui! ☀🥤
