Excellent location. The hotel is in terrible shape. It needs to be renovated. Until then, I do not recomend it to anyone.

Came to Salvador to see a concert. Rio Vermelho is the best neighborodd in Salvador. Food Music and Culture

The location is great, the overall experience with the hotel was good. Had to be moved from room as the first room had the bathroom sink dirty and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was great. The ac unit was leaking a little bit of water.

Péssimo hotel, sem condições de receber hóspedes, precisa de uma reforma urgente. Cama quebrada, pia do banheiro entupida, tv q não funcionava direto, descarga do banheiro sem pressão, tive que solicitar a troca de hotel, graças a Deus a funcionária da recepção foi super atenciosa e compreensiva, um amor de pessoa, essa foi a única parte boa da hospedagem, pq de resto precisa melhorar muito. A localização é ótima, porém, reformem esse hotel!

Bom hotel.
Custo-benefício excelente, especialmente por conta da localização que é muito boa. Em frente a praia e a poucos metros do largo da mariquita que contém diversos bares e restaurantes. Logo, dá para fazer isso tudo a pé. Outro fator favorável é a piscina que é ótima. O ponto negativo e bastante lamentável foi em razão de um péssimo atendimento de um porteiro que não poderia receber um pedido de iFood (só pra deixar na recepção que iríamos buscar). Ele alegou que o hotel não dispõe desse serviço. Onde já se viu? O pior que ele fez um escarcéu de modo que quase que o entregador foi embora com o pedido. Além disso, houve uma grave discussão com minha esposa. Lastimável!!! Obs.: Esse episódio ocorreu na portaria entre 00h e 01h30 da manhã do dia 04.10.2024.

Avisamos o horário de chegada e não prepararam a acomodação,atendente despreparada e com muita má vontade em atender.Acomodacão Inteira Mofada,toalhas velhas e furadas,cama com remendo aparente e lençóis manchados,cobertores e lençóis menores que a cama e bancada suja.Frigobar todo enferrujado e janelas do quarto emperradas. Café da manhã com pouca variedade e com talheres muitas vezes de plástico. Pela localização e fotos do App não mostra a realidade. Estou aguardando minha nota fiscal e até o momento não recebi. Acredito que não seja tão difícil ter o mínimo de higiene e cuidado para que os hóspedes voltem. Lamentável,pois a localização é excelente! Rede mar , grupo Andrade Rio Vermelho.

Acomodação extremamente simples e com lençóis, colchas e toalhas super velhas. Banheiro antigo. O quarto tinha um cheio estranho e foi preciso deixar a janela aberta por um período. Não voltaria!
