Café da manhã razoável, quarto bom, porém pequeno. Escolhi a opção standard e não tinha frigobar. Aconselho escolherem uma opção mais cara caso tenham interesse na reserva. Equipe pouco preparada. Área da piscina foi o que compensou.

Hotel relativamente novo, próximo da Arena Fonte Nova, pessoal da recepção prestativo, café da manhã normal, mas com um atendimento nota 10 (Emerson, Ana e Luciene). Podem pedir a tapioca que é deliciosa.

Uma boa opção de estadia em Salvador
Dividindo entre positivo: digo que foi uma estadia boa, de quatro diárias, em que o quarto estava sempre limpo, as toalhas limpas, sabonete à vontade, ar-condicionado em bom funcionamento e silencioso. O café da manhã sendo servido num local arejado e agradável, e com opções poucas, mas, boas. A vizinhança possui farmácia e mercado há cerca de 800m e em rua tranquila de se caminhar (ao menos durante o dia). Os recepcionistas são educados e simpáticos. De negativo aponto o barulho constante que se ouve no quarto 401 (na fachada principal) por conta de uma avenida com trânsito frequente de automóveis, e pelo metrô; além disso, escuta-se barulho do elevador.

Poderia ser melhor
O hotel tem regras que faz parecer um hostel. Só te dão uma chave do quarto, vc é obrigado a deixar na recepção quando sai, pedi um cobertor ou manta para se cobrir e o recepcionista avisou que não tinha e que teria que pedir pra governança no dia seguinte pois a sala que guarda roupa de cama estava trancada, achei estranho pois esse tipo de coisa sempre é solicitado a noite quando as pessoas veem que irão precisar. Me deram 2 lençóis de solteiro para substituir, no dia seguinte esqueci de solicitar durante o dia e passei frio novamente. Minha enteada chegaria no dia seguinte, então meu marido fez o check in dela de tarde antecipadamente, a noite quando chegamos com ela tivemos que fazer novamente o check in por que os turnos da recepção não se comunicam. No dia seguinte na hr de fazer check out me solicitaram novamente os dados da criança pois novamente não se comunicaram entre eles. Resumindo todas as nossas solicitações não foram atendidas, a roupa de cama não é confortável além de ser toda manchada, atendimento bom foi somente no check in por um senhor mto simpático que não o vi mais durante a estadia toda. No café da manhã as coisas só eram repostas quando solicitadas, mesmo não tendo hóspedes comendo e tendo 3 colaboradoras conversando entre si sem dar atenção ou tendo cordialidade com quem chegava para comer. Tinha tudo para ser uma hospedagem econômica de qualidade, porém não é.
