The Spa Hotel sits just above the gorgeous coastline with an easy path down to the seaside. It is a slightly steep hill up to the town center, but that's easily walkable. The restaurant was excellent and everyone so kind and friendly. I saw the most spectacular sunrise and sunset at the property. You can't help but fall in love with the Hotel and it's natural beauty in the seaside surroundings.

The service at breakfast was very poor. Waited 75mins before order came When this was reported to the general manager her response was indifferent at best and never mind she would pass the message to the kitchen but it was sunny in Saltburn !! Never once apologized. This marred an otherwise pleasant stop over.

Sit and absorb the view

Another fabulous visit to The Spa. Unfortunately only two nights this year! All the building work has been completed and it’s a wow. Yet again the greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. These are the friendliest group of people who will literally do anything to make sure your visit is splendid. Not everything can be perfect but be sure that The Spa will work hard to reach the top.
