Their ice machine was beeping very loudly right out side our room. I called front desk but they couldn’t figure it out. So after three hrs of listening to it I went and looked at it myself and opened it up, flipped a switch and stopped the beeping myself. Overall, nice, comfortable beds and pretty clean rooms.

They charged me 35 dollars for one dirty towel, that’s insane, in that case you only go sleep and don’t touch anything. They don’t accept credit card for deposit!! Terrible staff very rude, never again

This was a very strange experience. I expected the weird downtown setting; for what we paid, I expected things like the wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and the door that looked like someone was slammed into it. But I had no expectation that we would be required to provide a Cash deposit for our stay. I’ve never had a hotel/motel REQUIRE cash for the deposit. We then had to wait for them to check the room at the end of our stay so we could get our cash back. It was all strange.

Check-in was terrible. First, my reservation had been cancelled and I didn't do it. Second, I asked if I could check-in early and they said it would cost $25. Do I came back later and had to rebook thru the website to get a room.

The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was general friendly and helpful. However, when checking in, they insisted on a $100 CASH deposit. This was never mentioned in the booking information or the confirmation. They claimed it was much easier than a credit card deposit and that we could get cash at the ATM in their lobby, which I'm sure they get a kickback from and charges fees to use. Luckily, we had enough cash so didn't have to use it. That whole interaction seemed very shady to me.

Shower was very dirty, the showers in jails are cleaner. Was never notified that the security deposit was CASH ONLY which cost me an extra $7 in ATM fees to get. Card key to the room sometimes didn’t work. Sample picture of the room on the website was vague and made it look better than it really was. I severely regret not spending the extra money to get a better hotel.

The rooms were spotless and very clean. But when not turn on the AC, it s a little bit of smelly, little but can smell not sure from carpet or bed sheets or cover sheet. Hot water runs good, cold A/C. Some staffs are meh, I had to wait he chit chatted with customer and asked me to wait 10 more minutes I said No. long waiting was enough, I was tired & need to rest.
