Front desk lady needs training in customer service

The woman at the front desk was very rude, Very Rude! Rooms are dirty, broken batheroom door handles, Cigarette burns on the bed comforter. just a beat down hotel. Outside looks decent but the inside is dirty and Ghetto.

BE WARNED!! This hotel requires a CASH deposit. After a grueling day of traveling for business, I was told that my card could not be used for the deposit of my pre-paid room. My choices were to find an ATM because it was a Sunday or find a different hotel. Also, because the pre-paid room was non-refundable, the cash requirement borders on extortion. Business travelers do not carry cash but rely on cards to document expenses. This hotel is repelling business class guests.

Going to check-in at this hotel was, by far, the worst customer service experience of my life. The gentleman at the front desk yelled at me for asking why they only accepted a cash deposit and told me to “pay or get the hell out”. Another customer stepped in to tell the man to respect me and treat me kindly. I was so embarrassed that I walked out and never checked in. My husband and I decided to go get the 100.00 cash deposit from our bank down the street and then returned again to the property to drop it off and check in. We were waiting for about 3 minutes and was then greeted by a large, barking and defensive, German shepherd off leash coming from behind the front desk. My husband and I were both terrified and left immediately. We never checked in. They won’t give us a refund. I will never use this location, or Expedia, again.
