I was told I’d be getting my deposit back in 3-4 days. I called the hotel to ask about it because I still haven’t received it and front desk agent was incredibly rude… told me something completely different. I’ve been a GM for hotels and I would fire if I caught a front desk agent talking to someone the way I was spoken to.

This is the dirtiest and most unsafe Ramada I have ever stayed at. Power outlets did not work and power outlets next to big a/c was socked in water, the wall around the power outlet was all bunked up. I will not stay here again.

Pretty crappy hotel for $100 deposit. My room had something brown (chocolate or s***) splattered on the wall and on the floor when you first walk in. The light in the bathroom had no cover so you could see up into building. And the pillows were dirty and nasty. Changed to a different room just to have 2 of the pillows with what looked like pee stains. We checked out 20 minutes after arriving and did not stay. They would not issue a refund!

Solo Trip To Pinners Conference
Unfortunately my stay was not the best. The carpets on the second floor where I was staying were very dirty. That was the first thing I noticed when I climbed the stairs. When I came to my room I had problems with the key not working to get me inside. After getting inside, the first light I flipped on was on its way out and was buzzing and did not light up all the way. I then tried to get the TV to turn on. I eventually had to call the front office and the front desk attendant had to come up and help reset the TV or fix the cable or something. She finally got it to work. I did not feel as though the carpet inside the room was very clean either. The hotel just kind of felt a little run down.

Freeway noise. It is a $50 room, nothing more, nothing less. The carpet in the hallway was dirty, the toilet was loose, and breakfast was nothing to right home about. It is an old building with nice workers.

I walked into the room and there was a stain in the top sheet and when that was removed there were two stains on the bedspread underneath. Most of the front desk clerks were not friendly and curt when asked for help or clean bedding. I was there for a three night stay and I had to get the room keys re-keyed and then only one of them worked. Photos below are the bedding.

The place certainly does not match the pictures or the reputation of Ramada. The place was dirty and in poor condition! There was a gap in the door frame, so security was an issue! There were lots of people smoking just outside the door, so the entrance and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a woman, half dressed, tweeking just outside the door as we would come and go…she was rocking back and forth, talking to herself as she was sucking down her cigarette! Will never stay there again!!!

10 stars! This is the perfect example of hotels we enjoy staying at. Basic and serving the needs of people just wanting a clean SAFE place to stay with a microwave close to food and the freeway. Breakfast was great! Bathroom was super clean!! All floors were clean, mopped and vacuumed. The bed was comfortable and CLEAN! Surfaces were all clean as well. We 100% will be staying here on our way from north Idaho to Vegas. The staff was also equally as wonderful. You all have safe environment in what feels like a very clean and safe convenient location. Also, no bugs!!! Ugh such a good thing after traumatic Vegas lol. Thank you for the hospitality and allowing a cat!! Appreciate it.

This was the nastiest hotel ive ever been to the hotel smelled like a boys locker room when i entered my room. Then the beds had stains all over the bed and only sheets no comforter. The night stand was sticky and has stains. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Half used roll of tolet paper. And for the breakfast they has spoiled milk. My 15 month old son ate the rotten milk and got sick shortly after. I notified the manager and she dumped and apologize but that didnt prevent my son from getting sick. The manager also said that the whol refrigeration system at the hotel had been messing up along with the waffle maker as its thermostats didnt work and would serve under cooked waffles. The hallway of this hotel was no better with ripped up carpet with white stains. The doors to the rooms were also strange as they had multiple different kids of doors in use leading me to be concerned with if the locks even worked. I will never stay here again it was the nastiest place ive ever been
